Buongiorno lettori! Eccoci a un nuovo appuntamento con la rubrica 5 cose che... e oggi parliamo di "letteratura internazionale" con cinque scelte davvero difficili!

Il tema di oggi è infatti 5 libri che spero vengano tradotti in italiano e considerato che sono davvero tantissimi devo ammettere che non è stato facile arrivare a sole cinque scelte, e infatti ho messo una serie così un po' mi sono potuta controllare. Ma ecco i libri che vorrei fossero presto tradotti in italiano! :)

Ma le mie speranze sono vane..se mai arriverà in Italia avrà qualche strana copertina poco coerente con il contenuto del libro. ç_ç ]

[ Dimenticate le solite storie di vampiri, le solite protagoniste tutte lagne e niente carattere, dimenticate tutto. Perché la serie Blood of Eden è qualcosa di unico e coinvolgente, un urban fantasy sul distopico andante dai risvolti incredibilmente plausibili, pochi e rari cliché e una protagonista vampira che va in giro con una katana. Se non vi ho convinti, vi consiglio di leggere il primo libro della serie che è disponibile in italiano con il titolo di Immortal Rules e che ho appena finito di leggere. Adesso però, cara Fanucci, voglio i sequel! U_U ]

But in a land thriving with magic, madness, and monsters, fate has other plans. [ Super quotato su GR, è un libro che mi ha attratta fin dalla prima volta che l'ho visto su instagram, trovata la trama non ho potuto non innamorarmi completamente di questa storia ambientata nel Paese delle Meraviglie che si presenta come una rielaborazione del passato della Regina di Cuori di Lewis Carroll e di come è diventata ciò che è. Devo assolutamente leggerlo, in inglese o in italiano. Ma spero venga tradotto perchè almeno potrò discuterne anche con chi non legge libri in lingua inglese, come più o meno la maggior parte delle persone che conosco. ]


Cinque storie che vorrei vedere tra gli scaffali delle librerie qui in Italia, che vorrei potessero leggere anche quei lettori che non riescono ad affrontare libri in lingua inglese. Ma so già che forse uno solo di questi otterrà l'attenzione di qualche ce italiana, che Fanucci non finirà la serie Blood of Eden e che io stessa non leggerò mai The Evaporation of Sofi Snow perchè troppo intricata e complessa per riuscire ad affrontarlo in inglese...a meno che non migliori ancora un pochetto, ovvio, ma al momento mi terrorizza un po'...ok, sto divagando, ma spero di avervi dato qualche spunto di lettura.

Poi io lo dico sempre, leggere in inglese non è difficile come sembra quindi vi consiglio di fare come me e buttarvi, ci saranno anche storie più complicate perchè piene di termini inventati o giochi di parole, ma pian piano ci si abitua, è un po' come allenarsi per una maratona: pian piano i chilometri di resistenza aumentano e alla fine si arriva a correre come mai si sarebbe potuto immaginare. Va bene, la pianto. ^^'
